BWOF SS9 MECHANICAL VENTILATION

Piersons has IQP registered engineers that can ensure your building complies with council requirements to gain your annual Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF).
We are a fully registered IQP (Independent Qualified Person) qualified company; seven of our key staff are also individually IQP qualified. We can therefore provide you with a Form 12A for a Specified System 9 – Mechanical Ventilation and Specified System 11 – Laboratory Fume Cupboards.

We also provide scheduled maintenance to ensure that the right checks are done at the right time throughout the year to coincide with the council’s compliance schedule for your BWOF.
